Return Policy:
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise.
You can return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
Contact with Decor Innovation must be made no later than 7 days from the time the item is delivered and all returns must be authorized.
You can do so by emailing us and we will issue a Return Authorization.
Packages without an authorized RA# will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Shipping expenses for returned items will be paid by the customer.
All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used.
If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
